Refund Policy

1. Booking Amount

A booking amount is required to confirm any vehicle order at our dealership. The amount is adjusted against the final invoice.

2. Cancellation Requests

Cancellation requests must be made in writing or via registered phone number. Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment source, after applicable deductions for administrative and processing charges.
